US and China to be the biggest markets for the energy storage industry
In the US, utilities and state governments are showing a growing appetite to drive energy storage deployment forwards, while in China, a 30GW by 2025 deployment target is a major driver, as are stricter rules on renewable energy integration on the grid. The US and China will dominate the global market. As the energy transition in EMEA accelerates with the growth of renewables and the phase-out of fossil fuels and the localisation of the battery supply chain, the development of the local energy storage market will also accelerate. More megawatts of storage will be deployed in Asia Pacific, but more megawatts in the Americas: storage in projects in the Americas tends to last longer.

BQC specialises in the development and manufacture of PCBAs for the energy storage sector and currently serves the world's leading energy storage companies. We have extensive experience and proven technology in BESS projects and can provide good support to our energy storage customers.
