When cleaning the tail, if you need to replenish multiple times, it is easy to waste time and increase the cost of production. Every time the replenishment line body must be stopped, first check the reason for the thrown material-then apply-and then go to the warehouse to replenish the material. The value of the time of just stopping the line is far greater than the value of the replenishment. It will also extend the delivery time of the product, causing a bad impression of customers.
The method of PCBA production clearing:
1. Before the product goes offline, there are about 50 PCB boards. The operator of this line cleans out the bulk materials inside the machine and the material belt trash can, and the QC inspects the materials according to the specifications and material numbers and prepares the corresponding hand-posted record reports. Quality control check signature confirmation.
2. The operator or inform the follow-up technician classifies the QC from the machine program skipping material for manual repair, and marks the hand-posted material number on the board, and the quality control check is OK before passing the furnace.
3. If due to material wastage, after hand-posting the materials, the intermediate inspection timely counts the number of missing materials to the line operator or team leader, and the operator and the intermediate inspection QC conduct a second check for materials. Finally, a material replenishment order is issued based on the loss.
4. Replenishment of lost materials must be accurate, avoid doing unnecessary work many times.
