Direction 2: High Speed, High Precision, Multifunction
The productivity, precision and functionality of smart devices are contradictory. New production equipment has been striving to develop towards high speed and high performance, but it is not good enough in the direction of high precision and multi-function. The introduction of smart controls in new equipment that maintain high throughput with low error rates not only increases the efficiency of IC mounting but also ensures greater precision.
