At the same time, when operating, you must cooperate with gloves, do not disturb them, and use them directly, which is easy to hurt your hands and cause injuries. 3. Do not operate with bare hands.
Grease in your hands will reduce the solderability of the assembly. Therefore, bare hands or fingers are not allowed to operate directly, thus reducing weldability.
4. Do not use hand cream or silicone-containing cleaner.
Both of these situations will lead to the decrease of solderability and the coating can't be attached, so please don't use it. This is the basic principle of workshop operation and any employee should follow it.
5. PCBA cannot be superimposed
In the process of operation, some novices may stack PCBA boards together because they are not skilled in operation, which is easy to damage PCBA boards, so it is strictly prohibited to use them. The correct way is to put it in a special bracket with special configuration.
6. The type of sensitive elements should be marked appropriately.
In PCBA components, there are some sensitive components, such as EOS/ESD. These components are very sensitive, so you must choose the appropriate tag. In addition, static electricity should be controlled during operation.
