PCBA cleaning requirements and precautions
In the PCBA processing factory, after the PCBA is processed and welded by SMT and DIP plug-in, a part of rosin will remain on the surface of the solder joints. Although it does not affect the functionality of the product, many PCBA processing factories will clean the residual rosin or impurities on the surface of the PCBA to make the product look cleaner.
In the absence of special requirements for PCBA or surface-welded components, all products can use special cleaning agents to clean the PCBA board;
Some electronic components are prohibited from contacting special cleaning agents, such as: key switches, network sockets, buzzers, batteries, LCD displays, plastic components, DIP switches, lenses, etc.;
After cleaning, there should be no residual flux, tin beads and tin slag on the board surface; the surface and solder joints should not be whitish or gray;
After cleaning, the surface of the board should not be sticky; an electrostatic wristband must be worn during cleaning;
