1. In any case, the temperature of the ink must be kept below 20-25℃, and the temperature change cannot be too large, otherwise it will affect the viscosity of the ink, the quality and effect of screen printing. Especially when the ink is stored outdoors or at different temperatures, it must be placed at ambient temperature for several days before it can be used again, otherwise the ink barrel can reach the appropriate working temperature. This is because the use of cold ink will cause screen printing to fail and cause unnecessary trouble. Therefore, in order to maintain the quality of the ink, it is best to store it under normal temperature process conditions.

2. Before use, the ink must be fully and carefully mixed manually or mechanically. If air enters the ink, let it stand for a while. If dilution is required, first mix it thoroughly and then test its viscosity. The ink barrel must be sealed immediately after use. At the same time, never put the ink on the screen back into the ink barrel and mix it with unused ink.

3. It is best to use a mutually suitable cleaner for net cleaning, and the cleaner should be very thorough and clean. When cleaning again, it is best to use a cleaning solvent.

4. After the ink is dry, it must be carried out in equipment with a good exhaust system.

5. In order to maintain the working conditions, screen printing should be carried out at the working site that meets the process technology requirements.

Ink plays a role in protecting copper foil during the production process, so that the copper foil is not exposed and affects the subsequent processes. There are photosensitive inks, carbon oil and silver oil. Both carbon oil and silver oil are conductive. Commonly used ink colors include white oil, black oil, green oil, red oil, blue oil and butter oil.
