The packaging of PCBA is an important step before its shipment, as the bumpy journey may cause unnecessary wear and tear to the circuit board. In order to avoid unnecessary wear and tear, PCBA should also be packaged and shipped according to certain transportation packaging requirements. So how should PCBA be packaged and shipped? Mainly from the packaging method of PCBA, and the requirements for PCBA transportation packaging:
Packaging methods for PCBA including:
1. Using anti-static EPE foam trays for packaging, turnover, and transportation.
2. Using permanent anti-static black injection molded pallets for packaging, turnover, and transportation.
3. Using anti-static plastic box trays for packaging, turnover, and transportation.
4. Using 3G turnover vehicles for packaging, turnover, and transportation.
5. Use other specialized designated turnover tools for turnover.
Confirm PCBA with the customer on-site. PCBA anti-static cotton bags can be used for packaging, and different specifications of turnover boxes can be selected based on different quantities.
Requirements for PCBA transportation packaging:
1. Packaging materials
PCBA boards are relatively fragile and easily damaged products, and they must be carefully packaged using bubble bags, pearl cotton, electrostatic bags, and vacuum bags before transportation.
2. Anti static packaging
Static electricity can penetrate the chips in the PCBA board. As static electricity cannot be seen, touched, and easily generated, anti-static packaging methods must be used during packaging and transportation.
3. Moisture-proof packaging
Before packaging, the surface of PCBA should be cleaned and dried, and three proofing paint should be sprayed.
4. Anti vibration packaging
Place the packaged PCBA board in an anti-static packaging box. When placed vertically, stack it up no more than two layers, and place a stopper in the middle to maintain stability and prevent shaking.
