1. Packaging materials
PCB board is fragile and easily damaged products, before transport must be bubble bags, pearl cotton, electrostatic bags and vacuum bags carefully packed.
2. Anti-static packaging
Static electricity will break down the chip in the PCB. Because static electricity is invisible and hard to touch, it is easy to be generated. Therefore, in the process of packaging and transportation, anti-static packaging must be adopted
3. Moisture-proof packing
Before packaging, clean and dry the surface of PCB, and spray three anti - paint.
4. Shock-proof packaging
Put the packed PCB board into the anti-static packing box. When placed vertically, stack no more than two layers upward, and put a stop board in the middle to keep it stable and prevent it from shaking.
