Common problems and countermeasures in mold making

Jul 19, 2019

There are some common problems in the production of test fixtures. In this case, analysis and solutions are needed.

1.The drilling bias causes the test probe to not contact the correct position and a false open short circuit occurs.

Countermeasure: Usually this situation will occur on a small aperture. Before the mold is made, the accuracy of the drilling is checked to see if there is any deviation. It is found that there is re-drilling of the borehole. Drill holes with high precision drilling rigs. If there are conditions, look at the same film with the red film to check the presence or absence of a bias hole.

2. When the mold is debugged, the leak point is found.

Countermeasure: Use a board or film to shoot on the mold, manually add the drill hole, and add the winding to the network to re-read the board. This method is very difficult if it is missing at a dense hole.

 3. The hole drilling point is large, so that the probe does not touch the welding and there is a false opening.

Countermeasure: If there are only a few, you can use the physical object to plug the original hole, and then manually drill the appropriate hole diameter.
