2. Dispensing machine
The main purpose of the dispenser is to apply solder paste or patch adhesive. The workflow is to apply a dose of glue or solder paste to the location of the PCBA device by the pressure of the vacuum pump. The advantage of the dispenser does not need to replace the production fixture during the production process, which greatly shortens the production cycle and is suitable for small batch and multi-product production.
3. SMT machine
The SMT machine is the core mechanical equipment in the processing of PCBA. The main purpose is to accurately remove the designed material from the set position to the specified position by pre-set conditions. The mounting capability and production capacity of PCBA processing mainly depend on the function parameters such as the speed and accuracy of the placement machine. It is also a high-tech, complex and expensive equipment in the PCBA process.
