4. Reflow Soldering

5. Testing Equipment
The main function of the testing equipment is to test the assembly quality and the whole PCBA. The equipment used mainly includes a magnifying glass, a microscope, AOI, SPI, an X-ray inspection system, and a function tester. 6. Repair Equipment
The main function of the rework equipment is to repair the defective finished PCBA with defective parts. The tools used are soldering iron, BGA rework station.
The function of the cleaning equipment is to remove the substances that affect the electrical properties of the finished PCBA or the welding residues that are harmful to the human body, such as flux. If no-clean solder is used, it is not necessary to clean it. The equipment used for cleaning is an ultrasonic cleaner and a special cleaning solution.
