Similar to lithium battery copper foil, battery aluminum foil is the key material for the current collector of lithium battery cathode material. Its main function is to collect the current generated by the battery active material and output the current. In order to obtain a better performance lithium battery, the conductive collector should be in full contact with the active material and the internal resistance should be as small as possible. Aluminum foil has become the first choice for positive collector of lithium-ion battery due to its good conductivity, soft texture, mature manufacturing technology and outstanding cost advantage. At present, the thickness of aluminum foil for positive current collector of lithium battery used in cell production is 9-20 μ m. High conductivity, high strength, high flexibility and thinness are the development trend of fluid collector in the future.
